Fortunately the early 80s saw a number of local comics stand up and get behind the mic giving Boston a sorely needed laugh. Nick’s Comedy Stop is where Boston comedy all began and it continues to be the place where top national acts and new talent perform before sold-out crowds.

Legends like Phyllis Diller, Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld have appeared at Nick’s while local and national favorites like Tony V, Jimmy Dunn, Don Gavin, Dane Cook and Steve Sweeney continue to swing by. At 32 years old, Boston’s oldest comedy club is still going strong.

Nick’s is also available for private comedy events and fundraisers for up to 200 people, and we can even customize a show for you.
